How to Cancel Clockify Subscription

Cancel Clockify in the workspace’s Subscription settings to return it to Free after the current cycle.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Clockify

Purchased directly from Clockify

  1. Open the menu beside the workspace name.
  2. Select Subscription and open Billing.
  3. Find the current plan and choose Cancel subscription.
  4. Review the survey and confirm cancellation, noting whether a bundle includes other workspaces.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid features normally continue until billing-period end. Data and past invoices remain; canceling a past-due subscription can end it immediately.

Cancellation and refunds

Clockify does not offer cancellation refunds unless the charge resulted from a system error.

What happens if I cancel a Bundle plan?

Clockify says all workspaces in the organization are downgraded to Free. Check the full bundle impact before confirming.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
