How to Cancel Club Pilates Subscription
Use your state membership addendum and local Club Pilates studio to cancel the studio membership. The class-booking controls do not end the contract.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Club Pilates
Purchased directly from Club Pilates
- Find the membership agreement and state addendum from enrollment.
- Contact your local studio and request membership cancellation details.
- Submit the required notice or form under that agreement.
- Get confirmation of the effective date, unused classes and any final dues.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check that the studio has processed a membership cancellation. A class cancellation or temporary freeze is a different change.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I use the freeze deadline as my cancellation deadline?
No. Club Pilates publishes a separate freeze policy and directs cancellation questions to the state addendum or studio. Ask for the cancellation requirement that applies to your plan.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
