- Locate your studio agreement and its state-specific addendum.
- Contact the studio and ask to terminate the recurring membership.
- Complete the required cancellation steps and identify the next billing date in your request.
- Obtain confirmation of the last membership period and any classes that remain available.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?

Cancellation and refunds
