Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel CycleBar
Purchased directly from CycleBar
- Check the studio membership agreement and next renewal date.
- Open your account page and use available membership cancellation controls.
- If you need assistance, contact the studio or operations@cyclebar.com and specify membership cancellation.
- Finish any required notice process and retain the confirmed end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check remaining access and any booked rides separately. A request to remove one class reservation is not a request to end recurring membership.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
