Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Row House
Purchased directly from Row House
- Identify the studio and membership plan on your enrollment agreement.
- Visit your account page to review the membership and available cancellation option.
- Alternatively email or phone the studio directly and submit the required cancellation notice.
- Obtain confirmation showing when access and recurring billing end.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Keep the studio response and review any already booked classes separately. Confirm whether unused sessions remain available during the final term.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
