How to cancel StretchLab
Purchased directly from StretchLab
- Open your StretchLab account and review the membership being billed.
- Use the available membership cancellation controls or contact the applicable studio.
- Follow the cancellation requirements in your agreement and identify any unused sessions.
- Save the studio’s confirmation, effective date and final balance details.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Review future appointments separately. Keep evidence that the recurring membership itself was canceled rather than just one stretch session.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
