How to Cancel codeSpark Academy Subscription

Cancel codeSpark Academy through its website account or the app store that handled the purchase. The same membership can be used across devices.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel codeSpark Academy

Purchased directly from codeSpark Academy

  1. Check the receipt for a codeSpark website, Apple or Google purchase.
  2. For direct billing, sign in to the account linked from the official FAQ.
  3. Open the membership and complete cancellation before the next charge.
  4. Save the result; contact support@codespark.com if you cannot access the paid account.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select codeSpark Academy, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select codeSpark Academy, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • For Google Play problems, the official FAQ asks for the GPA order number from the receipt when contacting support. Keep the cancellation confirmation from the actual billing provider.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Will switching from iPhone to Android move my billing?

No. The FAQ explains that membership works across platforms. Cancel with the original purchase provider, even if your child now uses a different device.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
