How to cancel Constant Contact
Purchased directly from Constant Contact
- Save contacts, suppression lists, campaign records and hosted assets you need.
- Call US Billing Support at 855-229-5506 using the official cancellation page.
- Provide the account username and request cancellation.
- Keep the confirmation email, which the guide says should arrive within 24 hours.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues until the specified cancellation date. Hosted files and account features stop afterward; data retention is only guaranteed for 30 days.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
