How to Cancel Creately Subscription
Choose cancellation explicitly in Creately billing; a temporary pause is a different option.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Creately
Purchased directly from Creately
- From a canvas, open More and Account; from the dashboard, open Settings and Account.
- Choose Manage Account.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose cancellation instead of Pause and finish confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Workspaces can become locked on the Free plan. Check the confirmation for the effective date and export important material before changing plans.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will a pause permanently stop renewal?
No. Creately describes a pause of up to three months, followed by renewal. Use cancellation when you want the recurring plan to end.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
