How to Cancel EōS Fitness Subscription
Request EōS membership cancellation through the MICO member portal, allowing for its thirty-day notice and any separate Personal Training agreement.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel EōS Fitness
Purchased directly from EōS Fitness
- Check that the membership has no past-due balance and review any active Personal Training contract.
- Use the official FAQ link to MyiClubOnline and log in or register.
- Open My Agreements, select your membership and request cancellation.
- If the option is missing, call 1-866-992-8958 and save the completed result and final billing date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- EōS says one final regular dues payment covers the notice period. An active Personal Training agreement must be resolved before membership cancellation can proceed.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Why does my Personal Training contract block cancellation?
EōS treats training as a separate multi-month commitment. Discuss its remaining balance, term and any documented exceptions with the gym before submitting the membership cancellation.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
