How to cancel Snap Fitness
Purchased directly from Snap Fitness
- Confirm which location is currently your home gym; it may differ from the gym where you first joined.
- Call, email or visit the home gym during staffed hours and request cancellation.
- If the gym website offers Click to Cancel, you can submit the request there instead.
- Save the request and obtain the end date and any prorated final dues.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Snap says most memberships require thirty days of notice. Confirm your specific agreement and keep the gym’s completed cancellation response.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

The US FAQ says a membership can transfer to the location you attend most often. Your current home gym handles membership and billing, so confirm it before sending the request.
What should I keep after canceling?
