How to Cancel Fathom Analytics Subscription
Cancel the website-analytics service Fathom in Billing. This is separate from the Fathom video-meeting assistant.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Fathom Analytics
Purchased directly from Fathom Analytics
- Sign in to Fathom Analytics and open Settings.
- Go to Billing and find the Subscription section.
- Choose Cancel and complete confirmation.
- Export and download your analytics before the current billing period ends.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The subscription ends with the paid period. Fathom then queues sites and analytics for deletion, which can take up to 60 days.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Is Delete your account a safer way to stop renewal?
No. Fathom describes deletion as immediate and irreversible, with no recovery window. Use subscription cancellation when you want access through the paid period.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
