How to Cancel Mouseflow Subscription
For a standard Mouseflow plan, stop renewal by downgrading the account to Free. Enterprise and Agency plans have a written-notice requirement.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Mouseflow
Purchased directly from Mouseflow
- Check the plan type, subscription term and any signed order form.
- For a Standard plan, sign in to your Mouseflow account and downgrade the subscription to Free before term end.
- Complete the displayed confirmation and save the effective date.
- For Enterprise or Agency, give written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before term end, unless your agreement specifies otherwise.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Export needed analytics and review tracking and API activity. Mouseflow’s terms warn that continued recording or API use can remain billable after termination.
Cancellation and refunds
Ask support to review eligibility before assuming a refund. An eligible refund request and a standard non-renewal are different actions.
Common questions
Does the annual-plan money-back policy cover every renewal?
No. The terms limit that policy to qualifying new annual Standard plans or qualifying switches from monthly billing. Renewals, monthly plans and Enterprise or Agency plans are excluded.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
