Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel OnceHub
Purchased directly from OnceHub
- Open the top-right gear icon and select Billing.
- Scroll down and choose Cancel subscription.
- Review the last active date and scheduled deletion date.
- Check Yes, I want to cancel, optionally provide feedback, and select the final Cancel subscription button.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues through the billing cycle, followed by a 30-day suspension window. Without reactivation, the account is then permanently deleted.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can another charge arrive after I schedule cancellation?
Yes. OnceHub says outstanding added-seat charges and prorated adjustments can still be processed. Compare the final invoice with those accrued items.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
