How to Cancel Feedly Subscription

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Feedly
Purchased directly from Feedly
- Sign in to the Feedly account that owns the subscription.
- Open the account Billing page linked in the official guide.
- Use the subscription cancellation option and finish confirmation.
- For a Business subscription, scroll to the bottom of Billing and choose Cancel Subscription.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The individual account returns to Basic, whose documented limits include 100 sources, 3 Feeds and 3 Boards. Business access lasts to paid-period or trial end, then returns to the previous account level.
Cancellation and refunds
Feedly’s individual-plan guide describes a self-service refund option for qualifying charges made within the preceding five days. Check whether that option appears for your payment; do not assume every plan qualifies.
