How to Cancel Flighty Pro Subscription

Find the Apple Account on your receipt and check whether you bought recurring Pro or lifetime access.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Flighty Pro

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Flighty Pro, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • When Pro ends, basic tracking remains. Flighty says flights and data are not deleted, while Pro functions such as push alerts and calendar sync stop.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why is my lifetime purchase absent from Subscriptions?

Flighty lifetime access is not recurring, so it does not appear as a renewable subscription in Apple’s list.

Who handles a refund?

Flighty directs all refund requests to Apple because Apple handles its billing. Use Apple’s purchase-reporting process and the relevant receipt.
