How to cancel FloSports
Purchased directly from FloSports
- Sign in to the FloSports account used to subscribe.
- Open Account Details, then Subscription.
- Use the subscription-cancellation control and finish the confirmation shown for your plan.
- If cancellation is unavailable or a different provider billed you, contact official support to identify the correct billing route.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- FloSports states that canceled access remains active through the remainder of the last billing cycle.
- Record that final date rather than assuming an annual plan ends immediately.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
