How to Cancel NFL+ Subscription

Cancel NFL+ through NFL.com or the app store that collected payment. Your watching device does not determine your billing provider.

Before you cancel

Check the receipt for NFL.com, Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon. Match the plan and purchase account before proceeding.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel NFL+

Purchased directly from NFL+

  1. Sign in to NFL.com and open Account.
  2. Expand NFL Subscriptions, then choose Manage in Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Cancel, select a reason, and confirm with the final Cancel button.
  4. Return to My Account and save the canceled status.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select NFL+, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select NFL+, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Billed by Roku

  1. Use Roku’s subscription-management instructions with the Roku account on your receipt.
  2. Select NFL+, cancel renewal, and save the confirmation and expiry date.

Billed by Amazon

  1. Open Amazon’s subscription-management instructions and sign in to the purchasing account.
  2. Find NFL+, finish the cancellation prompts, and check that renewal is disabled.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Access continues through the billing period you already paid for.
  • Successful cancellation stops the next recurring renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Will deleting the NFL app stop renewal?

No. Complete cancellation in the billing account.
