How to Cancel Tennis TV Subscription

Stop Tennis TV renewal in My Account for a direct payment, or in the app store used for an in-app purchase.

Before you cancel

Check whether your receipt shows a direct card/PayPal purchase or Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku billing.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Tennis TV

Purchased directly from Tennis TV

  1. Log in to Tennis TV in a browser.
  2. Open My Account, then Subscription.
  3. Choose cancellation and finish the prompts. Save the end date and confirmation.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Tennis TV, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Tennis TV, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Billed by Roku

  1. Use Roku’s subscription-management instructions with the Roku account on your receipt.
  2. Select Tennis TV, cancel renewal, and save the confirmation and expiry date.

Billed by Amazon

  1. Open Amazon’s subscription-management instructions and sign in to the purchasing account.
  2. Find Tennis TV, finish the cancellation prompts, and check that renewal is disabled.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Cancellation applies to the next renewal; access continues for the period already paid for.
  • The standard cancellation control does not automatically refund your purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Can Tennis TV support cancel an Apple or Roku plan?

Its help center says store purchases must be changed with the store that billed them.

What if I bought the wrong product or cannot use it?

For a direct purchase, submit a support ticket through the official chatbot and ask for a cancellation and refund review.
