How to cancel Frndly TV
Purchased directly from Frndly TV
- For direct card or PayPal billing, follow the account link in the official cancellation guide.
- Select Turn Off Auto-Renew, then select it again on the next screen.
- Continue until the successful-renewal-cancellation message appears.
- Save that screen and the remaining access date.
Billed by a TV platform
- Open the official guide and select the Roku, Amazon Fire or VIZIO section matching your receipt.
- Use the linked platform subscription manager, stop renewal for Frndly TV and complete confirmation.
- Save the platform’s confirmation and expiry date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
