How to Cancel Genspark Subscription

Cancel Genspark through Billing or the original mobile store, checking the account and subscription platform carefully.

Before you cancel

Record the plan, billing date, and any credit balances. A subscription is tied to the account used at purchase.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Genspark

Purchased directly from Genspark

  1. Open Settings and Billing in Genspark.
  2. Find the Cancellation card and choose Cancel Subscription.
  3. Complete confirmation and save the end date.
  4. If a web billing portal fails to open, contact support from the menu with the account email.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Genspark, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Genspark, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The plan normally remains active through period end and then becomes Free. A past-due subscription ends immediately when cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why can the website not manage my plan?

App Store and Google Play purchases must be cancelled in their respective subscription settings.

Can I move the plan to another account?

Genspark says subscriptions cannot be transferred; verify the original account before changing anything.
