Cancel the correct GitKraken organization subscription, including single-user organizations.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel GitKraken
Purchased directly from GitKraken
- Sign in to gitkraken.dev as an Owner, Admin or Billing Contact.
- Select the organization you want to stop paying for.
- Open Subscription in the left panel and choose Cancel.
- Finish confirmation and verify that the organization is marked non-renewing.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Licenses remain active until the billing-period end. After expiry, all members lose access to the paid subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
