Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Cloudcraft Standalone
Purchased directly from Cloudcraft Standalone
- As account owner, open User and Subscription Settings.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Review the requested feedback and account effects.
- Choose Cancel my account and retain the billing-period end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The account moves to free at term end. Diagrams remain, but paid live updates and certain editing features are lost. AWS Marketplace purchases must be canceled through AWS.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does this delete all diagrams?
No. The documented subscription cancellation downgrades the account; permanent data deletion is a separate support request.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
