How to Cancel Hallmark+ Subscription

Cancel Hallmark+ through the website dashboard or the platform that sold the subscription, including a streaming-channel provider.

Before you cancel

Check whether you bought directly, in an app store, or as an add-on to another TV service.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Hallmark+

Purchased directly from Hallmark+

  1. For a direct website subscription, sign in to Hallmark+ and open the account dashboard.
  2. Choose the subscription cancellation control.
  3. Finish confirmation before the current term renews.
  4. Save the access end date and cancellation record.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Hallmark+, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Hallmark+, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid access continues through the subscription period already purchased, then expires.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Can the Hallmark+ website cancel my Prime Video add-on?

No. A third-party subscription must be managed with the platform that bills it.

Does cancelling an introductory offer matter?

Yes. Trials and introductory subscriptions can renew at the regular price; cancel before the stated deadline.
