How to Cancel Heymarket Subscription
Cancel the Heymarket purchase through the team owner's billing page or Apple, depending on the receipt.

Save past invoices and check which account owns the team's subscription.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Heymarket
Cancel Heymarket
- For direct billing, open the Subscription section in Heymarket Web Administration as the team owner.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and then End Subscription in the popup.
- For an iTunes purchase, cancel through the purchasing Apple Account's subscriptions instead.
Billed by Apple
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Heymarket, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
- Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.
A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.
Open provider pageMake sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The Subscription section is owner-only; a staff login may not expose billing controls.
Cancellation and refunds
The management guide describes prorated upgrades but does not promise a refund for cancellation; direct the payment review to the original billing provider.

Why did clicking Cancel Subscription fail to end Heymarket?
