Before you cancel
Check whether the workspace belongs to a CAKE.com Bundle and save current billing details before cancelling.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Pumble
Cancel Pumble
- Open the workspace dropdown and select Subscription.
- Go to the Billing tab and click Cancel subscription.
- Complete confirmation and record the current period's expiry.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features continue to billing-period end. Content is retained unless the workspace or CAKE.com account is separately deleted; Customer info edits become unavailable after cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
The guide promises no further charges after the current period, not a cash refund of that period. Ask billing about an incorrect invoice separately.
Common questions
Does cancelling Pumble delete messages and workspace data?
No. The provider separates a subscription change from deleting the workspace or CAKE.com account.
