How to cancel Brosix

- Sign in to the Brosix Web Control Panel with billing authority.
- Use its subscription cancellation controls and complete confirmation before the next charge.
- Save the resulting end date and verify that automatic renewal is disabled.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Brosix requires cancellation in the control panel; requests by email, phone or chat cannot be processed under the published terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Prepaid fees are non-refundable for ordinary cancellation. The separate prorated-refund provision concerns a paid service discontinued by Brosix.
