- State whether you want non-renewal at term end or immediate closure and request the applicable date; the terms also list support@slicktext.com for written termination.
- Keep the team's acknowledgement and check renewal has stopped.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
