- Sign in and use the subscription cancellation functionality in account settings.
- If you cannot sign in, email help@textedly.com to request assistance with cancellation.
- Complete the confirmation and keep the timestamp and account acknowledgement.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
