How to cancel Salesmsg

- Open Settings, Plan & Billing as the owner or an admin.
- Choose the red Cancel your account button and complete the short cancellation form.
- Verify the period-end cancellation and save its confirmation; Keep my plan reverses a pending cancellation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan ends at cycle expiry. The guide describes a thirty-day restoration window, after which contacts and credits are removed.
Cancellation and refunds
Do not equate restorable credits with refundable money; ask Salesmsg to assess a specific payment under its applicable billing terms.
Common questions
Why can I not see Salesmsg Plan & Billing?
Members, Managers and Observers cannot see that menu; an account owner or administrator must handle cancellation.
