Export campaign records and identify paid keywords or numbers associated with the account.

How to cancel EZ Texting

- Open the profile dropdown in EZ Texting and select Billing.
- Choose the Cancel My Account text link and complete the cancellation flow.
- Save completion evidence and the effective date before the renewal cutoff.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The terms say a request made less than one business day before billing can renew for another full subscription period.
Cancellation and refunds
The stated late-cancellation rule does not refund that renewed period; ask billing separately about an erroneous charge with your timestamped evidence.
