Save important team material and review Free-plan content limits before changing the workspace plan.

How to cancel Twist
Cancel Twist
- As team admin, open the team menu and select Settings & Members.
- Choose Billing, then View billing details.
- Select Switch to the Free plan and complete Confirm this change.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?

Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation page does not establish a universal prorated refund. Use the paid receipt when asking Twist support to review billing.

Can an ordinary team member stop Twist Unlimited renewal?
No. Only team administrators can change billing or cancel the Unlimited plan.
