- Submit the complete form; allow the stated two to three business days for follow-up.
- Have an authorized account representative verbally confirm the request and obtain the effective date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- A call or email alone is insufficient. Accounts cancelled for ninety days or more have their data permanently deleted.
