How to Cancel InVideo Subscription

Cancel an InVideo website subscription from your profile’s Subscription page. In-app purchases must be managed in their app store.

Before you cancel

Check the account email and receipt. Save the videos you need before the plan returns to its free limits.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel InVideo

Purchased directly from InVideo

  1. Sign in to the InVideo account used for the purchase.
  2. Open your profile at the upper right and choose Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel and complete the on-screen steps.
  4. Check the scheduled end date and keep the confirmation.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select InVideo, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select InVideo, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Your current plan’s benefits continue through the billing cycle.
  • The account then moves to Free. InVideo says the stored card is removed when the account is on the free plan.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

InVideo’s help article says benefits continue to the end of the billing cycle.

Can the website cancel my App Store purchase?

Use Apple subscription settings for an Apple-billed plan.
