How to Cancel IVPN Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel IVPN
Purchased directly from IVPN
- Sign in to the IVPN Account Area.
- Open Account Settings.
- Choose Billing and clear the Recurring payments checkbox.
- Reopen Billing to verify recurring payments remain disabled and save any displayed expiry date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Keep the disabled recurring-payment status as evidence. Use the account’s expiry information to plan when you will need a replacement connection.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Is disconnecting the VPN enough to stop billing?
Disconnecting changes the network connection. The official cancellation procedure specifically requires disabling Recurring payments in Billing.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
