How to Cancel Jack’s Flight Club Subscription

Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Jack’s Flight Club

Purchased directly from Jack’s Flight Club

  1. Sign in to Members Lounge and open your avatar → Purchases.
  2. On the subscription page, select Cancel.
  3. Choose Proceed with cancellation and submit the reason.
  4. Save the popup’s membership end date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Jack’s Flight Club, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The confirmation displays when the current membership ends and any applicable refund options. PayPal purchases use the separate route linked in the official guide.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Will I automatically receive a refund?

No. The guide describes a 14-day window for eligible non-monthly new purchases and renewals. Follow its separate refund instructions for the specific payment.

How do I confirm cancellation?

Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
