Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel SeatSpy
Purchased directly from SeatSpy
- Sign in and open Account.
- Choose Subscriptions from the account menu.
- Select the current plan’s cancellation option and confirm.
- Save the paid-through date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Your tier remains available for the rest of the paid period without another renewal. The unused portion is not refunded under the FAQ.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does turning off a seat alert stop billing?
No. Alert preferences and the paid subscription are separate. Confirm cancellation on the Subscriptions page.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
