Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Seats.aero
Purchased directly from Seats.aero
- Sign in at seats.aero.
- Open the profile icon → Manage Subscription.
- Choose Cancel Plan and confirm.
- Save the current billing-period end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Pro remains active through the paid period. Alerts, preferences and account data are retained if you later resubscribe.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

How do I confirm cancellation?
