How to Cancel Jotform Subscription

Cancel a paid Jotform subscription by downgrading to Starter, or use the store that collected your mobile purchase.

Compare your forms, submissions, and storage with Starter limits before downgrading.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Jotform

Purchased directly from Jotform

  1. Open your workspace avatar, Settings, then Billing.
  2. Under My Plan, choose Change Plan.
  3. Select the free Starter plan and choose Downgrade.
  4. Review the changes and continue past any retention offer to finish the downgrade.
  5. Save the confirmation and effective date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Jotform, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Jotform, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid features remain available until the account changes to Starter. Check the resulting plan in Billing.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Is uninstalling Jotform enough?

No. Finish cancellation in billing or the app store named on your receipt.

Will this request a refund too?

No. A downgrade and a request to return an earlier payment are separate actions.
