How to Cancel Klang Subscription
End a Klang workspace subscription from its billing portal; a workspace administrator must make the change.

Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Klang
Purchased directly from Klang
- Sign in as the administrator of the paid workspace.
- Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Manage subscription.
- Cancel in the billing portal and retain its confirmation and end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The workspace moves to Free after the billing cycle. Existing files, transcriptions and analyses remain available according to Klang's cancellation guidance.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will canceling erase my transcriptions?
Klang says cancellation retains existing files and analyses. Save important exports before the paid features end.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
