Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel LTX Studio
Purchased directly from LTX Studio
- Sign in and open Account Settings.
- Choose Manage account, open Your Plan and select Cancel Plan.
- Complete confirmation and record the scheduled end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid access continues to the end of the current billing cycle. Download project deliverables you will need before that date.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does cancellation automatically refund LTX Studio?
No. Renewal cancellation and refund eligibility are separate. Ask support to review the purchase under the current refund conditions.
How do I confirm cancellation?
