How to Cancel LALAL.AI Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel LALAL.AI
Purchased directly from LALAL.AI
- Sign in and hover over the minute balance at the top right.
- Open Profile, then Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation.
- Record the end date and remaining usable minutes.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The subscription remains available through the paid period, then the account returns to Starter. Fast Queue subscription minutes expire at the period’s end.
Cancellation and refunds
LALAL.AI describes subscription purchases as non-refundable. Cancellation stops later renewal; contact its support separately if a payment needs investigation.

Is a top-up the same as a renewing plan?
No. Check whether the purchase is a one-time top-up or a recurring subscription before looking for a renewal to cancel.
What should I keep after canceling?
