Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Voicemod PRO
Purchased directly from Voicemod PRO
- Open Voicemod and choose My Account to reach the account website.
- Sign in with the email used for the purchase.
- Find the PRO plan and select Cancel Subscription.
- Complete the prompts and keep the license expiry date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The PRO license stays available through the already purchased period.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

What if the license is missing?
For version 3, check the purchase email used to sign in. Version 2 users may need to relink the license key from the purchase email. Contact Voicemod support if the purchase still cannot be found.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
