How to Cancel LifeLock Subscription
In the US you can cancel LifeLock online: turning off the renewal in your Norton account is the cancellation. Your protection keeps running until the paid term ends, and recent charges can often be refunded.

The short version

Annual plans are billed up to 35 days before they expire, so cancel well before the renewal date.
How to cancel
Online in your Norton account (US)
- Sign in at my.norton.com and open My Account, then the My Subscriptions tab (or hover over your profile icon and choose My Subscriptions).
- Next to your LifeLock plan, click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal.
- Next to Plan Renewal, click Unsubscribe.
- Pick a reason. Norton may show offers; choose No thanks, cancel my subscription, then Next.

- Sign in, click Manage Account, and scroll to Membership & Billing.
- Turn off renewal there, or send a cancellation request through LifeLock's online request form.
By phone or live chat
LifeLock Member Services: 1-800-543-3562 (international 1-480-457-4500), listed as available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Live chat is reached from Norton's support contact page. Have your account email and order or product key ready, and ask for a confirmation number.
LifeLock contact pageBought through an app store, ISP, telecom or retailer
If you subscribed in the Apple App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store, Norton says you can only cancel there (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If your internet provider, phone company or another partner bills you, cancel and ask for refunds with that company; Norton cannot refund those charges.

Turning off renewal does not request a refund by itself. Ask for it through chat or Member Services with your order number, serial number or product key. Norton says requests are typically processed within a few days.
Norton 360 with LifeLock and other bundles
You can cancel one part of a bundle or the whole package. If you keep the other parts, their renewal price changes. Check the new price in My Subscriptions before you confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Your protection continues for the remaining days of the term you already paid for. After that, your account may be closed.
- Identity Lock is turned off when the subscription is cancelled or downgraded.
- The LifeLock restoration guarantee requires an automatically renewing subscription, so it no longer applies once renewal is off.
- A credit freeze is free at each credit bureau (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and does not need LifeLock.
Common questions
Can I cancel LifeLock online?
Yes, in the US. Turn off renewal in My Account → My Subscriptions → Manage Renewal → Unsubscribe. App store and partner-billed plans are cancelled with that store or company.
Is there an early cancellation fee?
LifeLock's refund policy does not mention one. You stop the next renewal and keep protection until the paid term ends.
I was charged for a renewal I didn't want. Can I get it back?
For annual plans, yes, if you ask within 60 days of the renewal charge. For monthly plans, only the first purchase is refundable, within 14 days.
