Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Loomly
Purchased directly from Loomly
- Open Account Settings and Billing.
- Below the current plan, choose Cancel Subscription.
- Select Cancel in the confirmation flow.
- Verify the updated billing status and confirmation email.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid access continues to the period’s end, after which calendars become view-only. Loomly recommends canceling at least 24 hours before renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Loomly’s guide says a pause is unavailable. Use cancellation to stop renewal, and keep copies of reports or content you need before the paid plan ends.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
