How to Cancel n8n Cloud Subscription

Before you cancel
Export needed workflows before expiry, document credentials separately and coordinate migration of scheduled jobs and webhook endpoints.

How to cancel n8n Cloud
Purchased directly from n8n Cloud
- Sign in to the n8n Cloud Admin Dashboard at app.n8n.cloud/manage.
- Open the Manage tab.
- Select Cancel plan and finish the on-screen steps.
- Save the billing period’s end date and confirm renewal is disabled.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The workspace works until the paid period ends. Then scheduled and webhook workflows stop, and the Cloud instance is stopped and deleted shortly afterward. Account data and backups are retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I restore the workspace if I return?
The official guide says resubscribing within the 90-day retention period restores the latest backup. Export your own copy beforehand rather than relying on that recovery window.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
