How to Cancel lemlist Subscription
Cancel lemlist in Billing & Users and review Enrichment separately. Subscription cancellation and account deletion have different effects.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel lemlist
Purchased directly from lemlist
- As an admin, open the bottom-left profile icon and Settings.
- Choose Billing & Users, then the Products tab.
- In Subscription, select Manage.
- In the plans window, choose Cancel and complete confirmation.
- If you also pay for the Enrichment credits add-on, cancel that separately and retain both confirmations.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The paid plan runs to the billing period’s end, then becomes free or inactive. The cancellation guide says campaigns, leads and settings remain stored and the account can be accessed again.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does deleting the account happen automatically when I cancel?
No. Permanent deletion requires a separate request to the privacy team and removes account data. Export important records first if you later choose deletion.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
