How to Cancel Instantly Subscription
Instantly has several separately billed products. Cancel each unwanted plan and any managed email services independently.

Before you cancel
Inventory every paid product and managed mailbox in this workspace. Export needed data and plan for email forwarding to stop if managed accounts are canceled.

How to cancel Instantly
Purchased directly from Instantly
- Open Settings, then Billing & Usage.
- Check Outbound, Data Credits and Add-ons; choose Cancel Plan and confirm for each unwanted subscription.
- Ask chat support before renewal to cancel Outbound or Data Credits add-ons.
- For DFY, Airmail or pre-warmed services, open Email Accounts & Domains and cancel the relevant email accounts.
- Verify Cancels on a date for scheduled plans and Canceled for managed email accounts; save confirmations.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Outbound and Data Credits cancellations are scheduled for cycle end. With multiple active subscriptions, canceling CRM or Inbox Placement ends that product immediately. When Outbound expires, campaigns and warmup pause.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
What if a plan still says Renews on?
The guide says cancellation is incomplete. Review that subscription again. Also check other plans, managed email accounts and outstanding invoices.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
