How to Cancel Paperform Subscription
Cancel Paperform from Billing, using the control for your Platform or Legacy plan. Export submissions before making the change.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Paperform
Purchased directly from Paperform
- Open the avatar menu on the Dashboard and choose Account Settings.
- Select Billing.
- For Platform billing, choose Cancel Plan; for Legacy billing, choose Cancel Subscription.
- Complete the full cancellation flow rather than stopping at the pause offer, and save confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Review when forms will stop accepting submissions. Paperform’s public help pages give different retention windows, so export needed data before cancellation and confirm retention with support.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will choosing Pause stop renewal permanently?
No. The documented pause can resume automatically after the selected period. Choose cancellation if you do not want a scheduled return to paid billing.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
