How to Cancel pCloud Subscription

Cancel a recurring pCloud plan using its purchase channel. A one-time Lifetime purchase is different from monthly or annual billing.

Before you cancel

Check whether your receipt is for a recurring subscription or a Lifetime payment. Review storage needs and download important files before paid capacity changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel pCloud

Purchased directly from pCloud

  1. For a direct card or PayPal purchase, sign in at my.pcloud.com.
  2. Open your account avatar and choose Manage Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel and complete the confirmation for the recurring plan.
  4. Record the date the paid period ends.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select pCloud, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select pCloud, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period; paid access lasts through the current one.
  • A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not have the same renewal to switch off.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Should I cancel my account to stop renewal?

Use subscription management first; account deletion is a separate, destructive action.

Can I cancel a mobile purchase on the website?

Use Apple or Google subscription settings when that store billed the purchase.
